Nancy Morgan has been working with NESI since 1997 as our Patient Services Manager. Nancy will likely be the first voice that you hear at NESI and wears many hats at New England Spine Institute, PC. She cares for registering patients, scheduling appointments, patient reception, claims processing and billing. She is the mother of three exceptional daughters; Sandy, Michelle and Emily.

Donna Ebien-Pesa joined NESI in 2000 as a Clinical Assistant. Donna will be your first clinical contact at NESI and will obtain key information regarding your general health and chief complaint. During follow-up appointments, Donna will prepare for your chiropractic treatment and record information about your response to care. She is accomplished in muscle relaxation techniques, stretching and exercises. Donna is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters; Kayla and Annika.
